Hello! I’m Deanna, and my mission is to provide a safe, trusting space where you can be authentically YOU. Whether you’re seeking massage, energy work, or coaching, I understand that these practices can put you in a vulnerable position. That’s why I ensure that you feel safe, comfortable, and never judged. Trust and honesty are the foundation of my work, and I intuitively guide each session to meet your body’s, mind’s, and spirit’s specific needs.

A Bit About My Journey

My journey into the healing arts began with my graduation from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mt. Kisco, NY, in 2016. There, I completed an extensive 1,000-hour program that encompassed both classroom and clinical training, equipping me with a variety of massage modalities. Following this, I pursued advanced training in Hot Stone Massage, Oncology Massage, Reflexology, and energy work, continually expanding my skill set to better serve my clients. In 2019, I began working as a Reiki practitioner, and by 2021, I had advanced to become a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master. I absolutely love blending massage and Reiki energy healing into one—it’s such a beautiful combination that offers profound healing on multiple levels. After several years of working in both spa and medical environments, I decided to branch out into my own business in 2021. Now, in 2024, I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Blue Root, where I will continue to grow my practice by incorporating transformational life coaching alongside my massage and Reiki offerings. I’m excited to bring my passion for healing and personal growth to this new chapter at Blue Root, and I look forward to working with you on your journey to wellness.

What I Offer

My primary focus is on providing comprehensive Massage Therapy that incorporates a variety of modalities, including Hot Stone Massage, Oncology Massage, Reflexology, and more. I combine these techniques with Reiki Energy Healing To create a holistic experience that addresses both the physical and energetic aspects of well-being. This powerful combination helps release tension, alleviate pain, and restore balance, allowing you to feel revitalized and at peace. In addition to massage and Reiki, I also offer Transformational Life Coaching to help guide you through life’s challenges and align your actions with your goals. My Archangel Oracle Card Readings provide intuitive insights to help you gain clarity and understanding on your path.

A Little More About Me

When I’m not working, my three teenage boys keep me active and on my toes. You’ll often find me on the sidelines of a soccer field, in the bleachers at wrestling matches, or backstage at theater productions, cheering them on and supporting their interests. If there’s one thing I strive to teach my children, it’s to be true to their authentic selves and never let anyone dull their sparkle. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be of service to others. Whether through massage, Reiki, or coaching, I am here to support you in finding peace, balance, and fulfillment in your life. Angela Soto, O.MD., graduated from the school of Acupuncture and Massage College in Florida with a full time combination medical program including: Chinese Herbal Medicine, Diet Therapy, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tui Na Massage, and Modern Western Medicine. She earned a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Oriental Medicine in Miami, FL.

Dr. Soto believes in looking at the whole person and the body that has an inherent ability to heal itself. Angela offers Ozone and Prolozone treatments and combines it with Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Homeopathy. All the wisdom of Chinese Medicine coupled with the benefits of ozone sterilization, facilitates rapid healing of pain and the range of illnesses and conditions that benefit from it is extensive. For autoimmune conditions, inflammation can be reduced. For cancers and infections, the immune system can be stimulated to fight. Ozone can be introduced into the body many different ways to benefit inflammatory, infectious and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Soto also specializes in treating many chronic auto-immune disorders and infectious diseases including Lyme disease. She offers many complementary therapies for detoxification and healing.

There has also been extensive training in Cosmetic Rejuvenation Therapies, another area of work where Dr. Soto has been certified. Trained in Mei Zen Cosmetic acupuncture, vibrational beauty, and injection bio-rejuvenation systems, Angela has the knowledge and experience to individualize a plan for your specific challenge.

In addition, Angela Soto is certified to practice Microcurrent technology, Color Therapy, Electro-Massage, and Electro-Acupuncture. which allows her to help her patients that are needle phobic and children. This technique also allows the patient to obtain health and balance through non-invasive treatment for both beauty and health.

Microcurrent Technology is the core of Energy Light Rejuvenation, a combination of Eastern techniques and Western technology where Microcurrent Energy is combined with Therapeutic Light and Color (ELR) via acupuncture points. This allows treatment for a variety or medical conditions. It is an extraordinarily and effective technique for pain management, meridian balancing, healing acceleration, and facial and body Rejuvenation.

Clinical Training in Gynecology at the Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Training with many famous TCM doctors in this field: Dr. Lu Su; Dr. Lu Qi Bing; Dr. Zhao Ke Ning; Dr. Liang Jiang Ning and Dr. Shi Yan Ping.

Clinical Training in Traumatology/Orthopedics at the Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine: In-Patient Care Department (surgery & post-surgery) and Emergency Care with Dr. & Surgeon Fan Jing; & Clinical Training in the Out-Patient Care Department with Dr. Zhang Hui Fa, Dr. Zhu Shou Fang and the famous TCM Orthopedics’ Doctor Zhou Fu Yi.
